Guest bedroom is D-O-N-E!

If you've already read my 1 room nearly done...at least 1 more to go and Finishing touches blog posts, then you probably already know that our guest bedroom has been painted Scandinavian Sky blue and that I wasn't totally done accessorizing it.

The weekend after we painted it, our friends slept over in the room, and they raved about how great the room looked. (I hope they weren't just saying that cause we're friends.)  They did, however, suggest to us that we might want to add some artwork.

Marriage is kind of a big deal in south Asia

Since south Asian families are so closely knit, marriage is kind of a big deal.

In previous generations, a lot of people from south Asia got married through arranged marriages. That does still happen (albeit maybe not as often), but these days, quite a few people from south Asia now get married through love marriages.
